Week 4: Anchoring. - Introduction to anchoring: the process of associating a particular state with a specific trigger. - How to anchor positive states and dissociate from negative states. - Techniques for using anchoring to improve performance and overcome limiting beliefs. - Practice exercises: creating and using anchors for positive states and dissociating from negative states. .
