Participants are grouped in pairs and receive coaching scenarios based on real situations. Each scenario highlights a specific issue, such as stress management, decision-making, skills development, etc. Role-playing: The pairs put themselves in the shoes of the coach and the client, using the coaching skills acquired to guide coaching sessions.
Scenario #1: Stress Management
The client: A person who feels overwhelmed by their work and overwhelmed by stress.
Objective: Help clients identify the causes of stress, develop stress management strategies, and improve overall well-being.
Scenario #2: Decision Making.
The client: An individual who has to make an important career decision.
Purpose: To help clients clarify their goals, explore options, weigh pros and cons, and make an informed decision.
Scenario #3: Skills Development.
The client: A person who wants to improve their interpersonal communication skills.
Purpose: To help the client identify their current skills, define their development goals, develop an action plan, and provide advice to improve their skills.
Scenario #4: Work-life balance.
The client: An individual who feels overwhelmed by professional requirements and wants to find a better balance between their personal and professional life.
Objective: To help clients assess priorities, set clear boundaries, manage time effectively, and find strategies to achieve a satisfactory balance.
Scenario #5: Motivation and goals.
The client: A person who lacks motivation to achieve personal or professional goals.
Objective: Help the client clarify their goals, identify obstacles to motivation, develop motivational strategies, and create a realistic action plan.
