Changing Negative Behaviors: In this session, participants will learn how to identify negative behaviors and how to change them. They will learn about the behavioral activation technique and how to set SMART goals to change their behaviors.. . 7. Addressing Anxiety: In this session, participants will learn about the different types of anxiety and how to address them using CBT techniques. They will learn about exposure therapy, relaxation techniques, and how to challenge anxious thoughts.. . 8. Addressing Depression: In this session, participants will learn about the different types of depression and how to address them using CBT techniques. They will learn about the behavioral activation technique, cognitive restructuring, and how to challenge negative thoughts.. . 9. Putting It All Together: In this session, participants will learn how to apply CBT techniques to different mental health problems. They will learn how to use the skills they have learned in the previous sessions to address their own mental health issues.. . 10.
