Choosing a school to train and earn a degree is rarely “just” about choosing a program. It’s about checking three things: quality, clarity of the learning pathway, and the school’s ability to support you in your career plan. Ilaria Digital School was designed for that: a school specialized in digital fields, with fully remote programs, accessible from any country.
If you want to move forward right away, the entry point is simple: take the admission tests.
Courses are 100% online. However, some exams and/or internships may take place in person or remotely, depending on the program. This is clarified during admissions so you can plan ahead with no surprises.
Our values
Our goal is to help you build skills that translate into real outcomes—projects, a portfolio, and employability.
Project-based learning, not a pile of theory
You progress by building: projects, case studies, deliverables, iterations. The idea is simple: by the end, you can do the work—and you can prove it.
An online school that still feels like a school
Remote doesn’t mean “on your own.” You get a framework: digital onboarding, tools, touchpoints, and a community to keep momentum and stay engaged over time.
Genuine support for international students
We have an onboarding support setup: International Student Desk, administrative guidance, language and intercultural resources, and integration events.
Our programs and pathways
Ilaria Digital School trains you for several digital roles and skill blocks—web development, full-stack design / development, digital marketing, cybersecurity, innovation & entrepreneurship, collaborative management—with a career-focused approach designed for fully remote learning.
Language of instruction: an important requirement
Each pathway is taught in French or English. A minimum level in the language of the program is required and may be requested as part of your application (examples of certifications: DELF/DALF, TOEFL, IELTS, as applicable).
Admissions: how to apply
Step 1 — Admission tests
You start with the admission tests: take the admission tests. This is the fastest way to assess the match between your profile and the expected entry level.
Step 2 — Application file
You then submit your application and supporting documents (ID, academic background, language level, etc.).
Step 3 — Admission fees (if applicable) and pre-enrollment
Depending on the pathway, admission fees may be required to validate your pre-enrollment. The exact terms are communicated during the admissions process.
Step 4 — Video interview
An interview helps confirm your motivation, the consistency of your plan, and the conditions for success (availability, language, pace).
Step 5 — Decision
You will receive a decision within 10 business days after the interview.
At any time, if you’re ready to start: take the admission tests.
What we’ll ask you for (and why)
An enrollment file needs to be solid because it serves two purposes: academic admission and, sometimes, administrative preparation (e.g., visa requirements if physical attendance at one of our campuses is necessary).
Documents and information
We will generally ask for: passport-matching ID, contact details, photo, valid passport, diplomas and transcripts, proof of language level, CV (and a portfolio if relevant), and sometimes recommendations (optional but helpful).
Special cases: funding, scholarship
If you have a specific constraint (funding, scholarship, special needs), flag it early: it reduces back-and-forth and helps us point you to the most realistic option.
Before you start: what you should plan for
Even with an online format, international students do better when they plan ahead for three topics: assessment methods, administrative matters, and personal organization.
Exams and internships: in person or remote depending on the program
Depending on your program, there may be assessments and/or an internship to complete online or in person. We clarify this during admissions so you can organize yourself without stress.
Temporary student visa: only if your program requires physical attendance at one of our campuses
If your pathway requires you to come to one of our campuses (exams, internship, etc.), we will discuss the question of a temporary student visa with you. The school can provide useful documents (e.g., enrollment certificate, invitation letter) depending on the situation.
Practical life (if staying near our campuses)
Housing, health insurance, transportation, budget: this isn’t “optional.” These are often the factors that derail an overseas study plan when handled too late. We provide a checklist and integration resources.
Support and international student life
You’re joining a school with clear reference points and real people.
Buddy Program, events, clubs
A Buddy Program and community events help build connections and speed up integration—including remotely.
International Student Desk and useful contacts
For administrative matters, technical support, or program questions, you’ll have clearly identified points of contact.
