Distribution of teams: Participants are divided into teams and each team is assigned to a gamification project. Each team chooses a specific context in which to apply gamification, such as a mobile application, a website, online training, etc.
Gamification system design: The teams work together to design a gamification system for their project. They define goals, game mechanics, rewards, levels of progression, challenges, and engagement elements that are appropriate to their context.
Creation of gamification elements: Teams create the various gamification elements, such as badges, dashboards, mechanisms for monitoring progress, challenges, etc. They use tools such as maps, markers, tables to visually represent their gamification system.
