How to Nourish your body
Do you take optimal care of your body? And do you give your body the space to take care of you? By balancing your body you feel healthier and your body becomes a lot happier!
The basics below encourage you to take better care of your body. Bring your body into balance, and notice how your energy comes back and all kinds of strange ailments disappear like snow in the sun.
Feed your body, not your tongue
Do your best to learn more about nutrition and its effects on your body. Do not adjust your diet based on taste, nor on the number of calories. Base your diet on nutrients your body needs.
This means that you choose 'clean' food that supports your body. Clean food is food that has been processed as little as possible in factories, that contains no chemical additives, and preferably has an organic origin.
Food is primarily about nourishing your body and secondly about taste. Moreover, the taste is a relative term. If you regularly eat products with sugars and processed carbohydrates, you will need more sugar. As soon as you eliminate sugar and chemical flavor enhancers from your diet, this appetite will naturally decrease.
Use your body for what it was designed for
Yes, a chair is designed for the human body. But that doesn't mean the human body is designed for the chair!
Your body is not made for sitting, hanging, and lying all day. Your body is made to be in motion. Your body is specialized in movement. Walking, running, bending over and getting up, dancing, jumping, climbing, and making love. All forms of movement that your body is specialized in.
If you want your body to be in balance, you have to let it behave naturally. So don't sit still, and don't work out extremely hard in the gym either. Just regular and varied exercise, preferably in the open air, is enough to stay in balance.
Bring movement into your life. Walk your dog, walk to the station, dance to nice music, take a walk with a good friend, exercise while watching your favorite soap. Make sure you keep moving and notice how good you feel.
Don't eat yourself from the inside
When you think of healthy living, you automatically think of salads and gyms. But many people don't realize that all the salad in the world can't make you healthy if you eat yourself inside.
How do you do that, eat yourself? Simple, by worrying yourself.
Worrying, stress, and all the other emotions derived from fear, such as hatred and jealousy, destroy your body. These emotions evoke physical reactions in us that are harmful. Fear damages your body. It cramps and disrupts your entire organism. Anxiety (and stress) trigger the production of hormones that make you fat, slow down your metabolism, and can eventually cause several dangerous diseases.
In addition, all kinds of ailments suddenly appear. If you worry enough, your body will become unbalanced. Your organism gets confused, it can no longer take care of itself because so many essential processes in your body are disrupted by this harmful emotion.
How can you avoid eating yourself from the inside? By stopping living from fear, and focusing on the opposite emotion: love.
Eat Well
Try to eat a variety of foods to get different vitamins and minerals. Foods that naturally are nutrient-rich include fruits and vegetables. Lean meats, fish, whole grains, dairy, legumes, nuts, and seeds also are high in nutrients.
Be physically active for a Healthy Heart.
There is no doubt that exercise can eliminate stress, boost the mood, and elevate our energy level, not to mention the heart health benefits.
For a healthy heart limit all the foods high in saturated fats like cream, butter, mayonnaise, vegetable shortenings, full-fat dairy, refined oils, and red meat.
Sleep well
Aim for a refreshing amount of sleep.

Nourish your body with nutritious, clean, and healing food. Keep your body healthy by staying active, lead a positive life filled with love and avoid fear in all its forms.
When you balance your body with these three basics, you will notice that your body can take care of you optimally. All processes in your body are supported so that unexplained ailments will decrease and you will feel better about yourself.
